This year, MYST unveils its new restaurant, AVRA Estiatorio, headed by Chef Goerge Skopelitis. Having received cullinary training at Michelin Star Restaurants, such as the Fat Duck in London, the focus of his menu is on fresh produce and his aim, to awaken the palette.
AVRA's cozy terrace overlooks the property's lush gardens and infinity pool with the Aegean Sea in the horizon. Tucked away from the main town's hustle and bustle, this will truly be an oasis for guests to sit back and enjoy our relaxed ambiance.
Your gastronomical journey begins with breakfast served a la carte between 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM daily. Gone are the days of hotel breakfast buffets. Savour our locally-sourced and always fresh a la carte specialties. Enjoy our home-baked pastries, local cheeses, country-style breads, Greek marmalades, honey, and of course our favourite yogurt. Breakfast mains include organic omelettes made your way, with fillings sourced from our garden.
Our Lunch and Dinner menu consist of light fare dishes, prepared with the freshest of local ingredients. Intricate salads, exceptional quality grilled meats, local fresh fish and seafood options are available. Equally, you can enjoy our modern take on some of the classics such as our Truffle Risotto and our chef's specialty, Braised Beef on a spread of Celery Root Puree.
Our Bar’s decadent cocktail list consists of long-perfected classics and of the newly dreamt-up. Our mixologist’s Myst Tiki and Mastic Myst are sure crowd-pleasers. Our Bar boasts a full Champagne menu, local and imported wines and beers, exclusive imported vodkas, fragrant coffees, organic smoothies and juices, as well as signature cocktails.
